What is the installation standard of charging pile?

The following two different charging pile standards are different, as follows:

1、 AC type

Technical requirements for AC charging pile (plug):

1. Environmental condition requirements

① Working environment temperature: - 20 ℃ ~ + 50 ℃;

② Relative humidity: 5% ~ 95%;

③ Altitude: ≤ 1000m;

④ Installation location: outdoor;

⑤ Seismic capacity: ground horizontal acceleration 0.3g;

Ground vertical acceleration 0.15g;

The equipment shall be able to withstand three sine waves acting simultaneously, and the safety factor shall be greater than 1.67;

2. Structural requirements

① The shell of AC charging pile (plug) shall be firm;

② The structure shall prevent hands from easily touching the exposed part;

③ The AC charging pile (bolt) shall be a steel composite structure with a thickness of more than 1.0, the surface shall be treated with plastic immersion, and the requirements of heat dissipation shall be fully considered. The charging pile (plug) shall have good shielding function against electromagnetic interference;

④ The charging pile (bolt) shall have sufficient support strength, necessary facilities shall be provided to ensure the correct lifting, transportation, storage and installation of equipment, and anchor bolt holes shall be provided;

⑤ The bottom of the pile (bolt) body shall be fixed and installed on the base not less than 200mm above the ground. The base area shall not be greater than 500mm × 500mm;

(6) pile (bolt) shell should have strong impact resistance, good anti-theft performance and anti-aging material.

⑦ The shell of non insulating material shall be reliably grounded;

3. Power requirements

① Input voltage: single phase 220V;

② Output power: single phase 220V / 5kW;

③ Frequency: 50Hz ± 2Hz;

④ Allowable voltage fluctuation range: single phase 220V ± 15%;

4. Electrical requirements

① After the correct connection between the plug and the socket is confirmed to be successful, the on-off circuit with load can be closed to realize the power supply to the socket;

② The leakage protection device shall be installed on the incoming side of the power supply cable;

③ The protection of low voltage distribution equipment and lines shall meet the relevant provisions of code for design of low voltage distribution (GB / 50053);

④ In case of leakage current or over-current of the secondary electrical circuit, the it protection device shall send out the signal in case of leakage current fault of the primary electrical circuit or the second electrical circuit;

⑤ In the lighting distribution system, the lighting and socket circuits should not be powered by the same circuit. The power side of the socket circuit shall be equipped with residual current action protection device with rated action current of 30mA;

6. Safety protection function

① The AC charging pile (plug) shall be equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can stop charging urgently by manual or remote communication;

② AC charging pile (plug) shall have leakage protection function on the output side;

③ AC charging pile (plug) shall have the function of output side overcurrent and short circuit protection;

④ AC charging pile (plug) shall have flame retardant function;

7. IP protection level

AC charging pile (plug) shall comply with IP54 (outdoors) and be equipped with necessary rain and sun protection devices;

8. Three prevention (anti moisture, anti mildew and anti salt fog) protection

Printed circuit boards, connectors and other circuits in the charger shall be treated against moisture, mildew and salt fog, and the anti salt fog corrosion ability shall meet the requirements of GB / t4797 6-1995 requirements in Table 9 of natural environmental conditions of electrical and electronic products dust, sand and salt fog, so that the charger can operate normally in outdoor humid and salt fog environment;

9. Rust (oxidation) protection

The iron shell of charging pile (bolt) and exposed iron support and parts shall be provided with double-layer rust prevention measures, and the non-ferrous metal shell shall also be provided with anti-oxidation protective film or anti-oxidation treatment;

10. Wind protection

Chargers installed on the platform and exposed parts shall be able to withstand GB / t4797 5-9 invasion of relative wind speed in different areas and at different heights specified in Table 9 of natural environmental conditions of electrical and electronic products precipitation and wind;

11. Anti theft protection

The shell door of the electric pile (bolt) shall be equipped with an anti-theft lock, and the bolt for fixing the AC charging pile (bolt) can be installed or removed only after the shell door is opened;

12. Temperature rise requirements

The AC charging pile (plug) operates continuously under rated load for a long time, and the temperature rise of internal heating components and parts shall not exceed the provisions of Table 2 in Q / gdw397 \ 2009;

13. Mean time between failures (MTBF)

MTBF shall not be less than 8760h;

14. The vertical inclination of installation shall not exceed 5%;

15. The installation site of the equipment shall be free of explosive dangerous media, and the surrounding media shall not contain harmful gases and conductive media that corrode metals and damage insulation

2、 DC type

a) Power input voltage of charging pile (plug): three-phase four wire 380VAC ± 15%, frequency 50Hz ± 5%;

b) The charging pile (plug) shall meet the charging object

c) The output of the charging pile (plug) is DC, and the output voltage meets the battery system requirements of the charging object;

d) The maximum output current meets the charging requirements of the battery system 1C of the charging object and is downward compatible;

e) The charging mode is divided into conventional and fast charging modes. The conventional charging mode is 5 hours and the fast charging mode is 1 hour (selected for different battery types);

f) Realize intelligent IC management;

g) Each charging pile (plug) is equipped with an operator for the user to select the charging mode and guide the operation, and display the battery status of the electric vehicle and the user's IC card tariff information to realize unmanned management;

h) The charging pile (plug) interface shall comply with the relevant provisions of DC charging interface in GB / txxxxxxxx conductive charging interface for electric vehicles (Provisional);

i) The communication interface of charging pile (plug) adopts can communication interface, and the communication protocol shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the communication protocol between GB / txxxxxxxx electric vehicle battery management system and off-board charger (Provisional) (the charging object is lithium battery electric vehicle);

j) The charging pile (plug) shall have corresponding alarm and protection functions for abnormal states during charging;

k) The charging pile (bolt) shall monitor the state of the battery and automatically adjust the charging curve, charging current and charging pressure according to the temperature and voltage of the battery;

l) The charging pile (plug) adopts forced air cooling;

m) The protection grade of charging pile (plug) meets the IP54 requirements of gb4208-1993 enclosure protection grade (IP code);
